Orcas in Alaska!
This was one the best parts of my first trip to Alaska. There were a few of them including a baby and they kept breaching and spy hopping.

Some of the brightest colors I’ve ever seen in nature are in Alaska. The water is so pure and fresh near the glaciers and the trees and shrubs are preserved so well that their color is untainted. Such a beautiful place.
If we don’t take care of nature, who will…?
Earthrise, taken in 1968 during the Apollo 8 mission, was one of the most inspirational photographs ever taken. Once the people world saw the beautiful planet that they were living on, environmental awareness began to grow. It was a huge part of the environmental movement of the 1970’s.
Above is a wall mural that is currently being sold by Urban Outfitters. While not the same as the original it is a wonderful image that reminds us that the world is not endless and we should preserve it.

A cute t-shirt for little toddlers that has a positive message. What could be better than combining a global issue and Disneyland? Made of organic cotton, the FEED Foundation created a shirt of some characters from a classic ride at Disneyland. There are also a few other products based around the same design which are also adorable.
